Settle Rocks

did you come to the festival, that was awesome and that rocked. its so easy to slag off settle but its a very nice place. rathmell is where the old people are from. and if you dont like it then why dont you do something to change it like i am?

I suppose it's down to opinion and your experiences there, a lot of people say their home town/surrounding town is shit and maybe it is because it's genuinely grotty, or maybe it's because you've had annoying experiences there.
I know nothing about Settle.
Like for example, my whole English Language class was having an argument about whether Hull was shit or not before my teacher started chomping out 'now this isn't really relevant'
'IT'S SHIT!' 'NO IT ISN'T!'
I mean, if it's Number 1 in 'the worst places to live in the UK' on TV, then its more likely than not that it is. If not, then it's your opinion on whether it is or not.

the best and only good thing about settle is the creepy house with the cactus in the window that looks like it had been plucked owt a horror movie

i just like small things like that !!!

and the fact that all my teachers live there and we egg there houses moahahahaha

and parts off settle are genuanly grotty !!! loads of drugs aswell

and the other bits are just full off newsagents and boring shops

and a chippy !
